We had another amazing show last week with a full audience! Its now available at www.slcn.tv or on itunes as a vodcast! Be sure to join us once again this week for the live taping at our studio! Doors open for the audience at 5.30pm SLT, and we'd love to see you there.
I'm sure many of you have been to Rezzables Greenies Sim, if not, some of the other Rezzable Sims. Rezzable have started charging for entry to the Greenies and the Black Swan, the Blogs have been running hot around the Grid talking about the morals and the buisness aspect of doing this, arn't they just creating a new way of raising much needed funds and revenue? why is there so much resistance to this? We are going to hear this next week from the CEO of Rezzable and another person that has had a lot to do with Rezzable and has her own strong opinions on Art and content in SL Bettina Tizzy from "Not Possible in Real Life".
Have you ever seen those weird little short stories announcing a gig in SL....thats Rosedrop rust..he and his good nature will be gracing our stage also this Sunday Night at the live taping. Come along to the Tonight Live Studio at Northpoint at 6pm slt to watch the taping its allways fun and quite an experience in its self you can get to meet our guests after the show!

Founder of the working group "Not Possible IRL," which identifys, showcases and promotes content creation in virtual worlds that would not be possible in Real Life, and seeks and disseminates knowledge that empowers content creators. RoseDrop Rust - Musician/Entertainer
RoseDrop has been entertaining SL audiences for over two years with his amazing vocals, guitar, and piano (just to name a few). He performs sensitive ballads, classic rock and roll, unusual covers, unique songs from personal friends as well as heartfelt originals. Rusty also has a podcast called "RoseDrop Media Circus" the first Northwest podcast regularly recorded live in a nightclub with guests and audience each week featuring Portland musicians, writers, actors, commentators, and performing artists.

How Did I Get Here!!!!

Always crazy artistic verging on Autistic, high functioning anyway. At 6 years old get first role in School play, realize I finally fit!....somewhere! Fool around all my school life in plays, singing, dancing, directing writing and starring in countless productions and make-believe TV shows. Fail 2 auditions for NIDA (cry) work as Extra/Actress get Union Card, Agent ect. Go To Graphic Design School, Drop Out, Go to Drama School, Drop Out, Travel O.S, Work as Illustrator for 6 years, Go To Makeup artists school and teach Makeup, work on a few Indi films. Work for Film Production Company mostly Commercials. Back to Drama School Graduate after 3 grueling years yay!!! first real Qual. Learn singing...keep singing...keep getting work singing...form band....keep singing!!! join another Band...Get Married, Pregnant, Stop Singing, Audition as Pregnant Mum...lose Agent..6 yrs later, kids are at school...back to singing, forget about agent...make first Album, sing more, work drops off...make 2nd Album less and less work, Clubs here all closing, industry in shambles....Find Second Life! 3 months later more work!!! more sold Albums, more singing!...Make-beleive TV show produced written and designed by ME!!! but instead of boring my Class at school, its watched by thousands!!! on SLCN.TV Im back where I started in Primary school!!! now why didn't I just stay the course!!! it would have been soooo much easier, but then life happens, and I wouldn't have so many great stories and be able to empathize with my guests, if I was 22 and interviewing people on the telly, I had a life and so much more in the interim... funny thing is the make-believe TV show is being watched now like a Real Life TV show! non Second Life people are watching it! who knew!!!! I have a 90 year old lady who does not "GET" SL at all as one of my biggest fans :) and....Im having a Ball!!! The life experiences I haven't talked about in this post are the things that have formed me, Im proud to have survived them :) and blessed to have had them. Paisley

Rustic On Location Shoot
Tonight Live went to Rustica last week just a spectacular treat! The reason for this is that we met the creator of the Castle and the furniture Store within it that you can see behind us here in the distance, and had to film there to appreciate how wonderfull his work is.
We also met an artist who through his hauntingly mesmerizing music suited this location beautifully his name is Kourosh Eusebio
We also met another artist who also has an appreciation for the spectacular in Second Life he is renown photographer and Publisher Belmakor Pintens

Tonights Show Blew Us All Away!
Well as you can see we had a mind blowing experience on the show tonight. The sim was almost full 1/2 hour before we started with people coming in just to watch the rehearsals at 4.30pm....All 3 interviews were very exiting and informative and fun. Patty Streeter and her Son Stoked Skytower, gave us a little insight into Disability and SL, and Women and their Cars! Musician Singer Robie Bloch blew us all away with her extraordinary Talent, Boy that girl can sing! she's gotta be one of th e most talented singers not only on SL but in the world, she tells us what its like to be a support act for some of the worlds biggest stars of the stage. And finally a total blow in from NOAA, Hackshaven Harford the man with the speach therapists favorite name...showed us some tricks with the weather! Again a great visual Show which takes the SL talk show out of the podcast domain! it will be up on www.slcn.tv tomorrow. see what places they love to hang out in. So here are some of mine Im going
to keep them in the left hand side column and any suggestions you may have
add them to comments, and I'll check em out. I will be choosing these
places from purely a subjective perspective. No freinds or bribes or
favours will be considered over others. And why I choose them will be also
purely personal. And I won't justify my choices at all :) enjoy the links
as you wish! I have seen other lists of great places before often at the
info huds and there are various huds you can wear, but really if we don't like the Showcase cause its sooo random then...do as Prokofy quite reasonably suggests Do yer own!
